Care Instructions

How to care for a fine woodworking sculpture…

woodSculptureThe sculpture has all been sanded to a fine grit and finished with at least two coats of tongue oil.  It is then buffed with an all natural beeswax.  The wood is like so many things that will fade after prolonged exposure to ultra-violet radiation so it is not recommended to be placed in the direct sunlight.  Applying the appropriate oils will reinvigorate the warmth of your piece.

Caring for a unique wooden cabochon…

woodPendantsAll of these pendants, pine cones and wooden cabochons have been sanded to a very fine grit and then finished with Vermont Natural Coatings Polywhey Furniture Finish, which is a non-hazardous, professional, water-based finish.  Tarnish on the silver can be removed with a polishing cloth.
